Description

Forming part of the broader Sport and Operations Team, the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering warehousing, operations and logistical services for the Australian Masters Games in Canberra.

Duties Include

  1. Plan and deliver operations and logistical support services for all sport and Games venues as required.
  2. Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding route planning for delivery and pick-up of signage, medals, participant packs, podiums as well as 2025 AMG fleet requirements.
  3. Under the direction of the Sports & Operations Manager, oversee the storage and distribution of Games participant packs, medals, signage and any VIK products.
  4. Manage the safe operation of the Games Logistics Centre.
  5. Assist with the production of all operations related information for marketing and communication purposes.
  6. Ensure all operations and logistical activities comply with the relevant acts, regulations, legal demands, professional & ethical standards, and UniSport policies.
  7. Work collaboratively with the volunteer workforce to support operational and logistical needs across all venues and services.
  8. Other duties as directed by your supervisor.

This is a 5-month contract role beginning in July and concluding at the end of November 2025.

Essential Requirements

  • Drivers Licence
  • Relevant experience in operations, logistics or project management in the sport/event management industry
