The Role
The Business Administration Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the club. This role ensures efficient systems, processes, and support services are in place, contributing to overall club effectiveness and compliance.
The role plays an integral part in supporting the General Manager and the Gold Coast Gymnastics team to make well informed decisions. The role is responsible for maintaining financial records, managing budgets, reviewing policies, as well as ensuring business operations is of a high standard.
Purpose of the role
This role is a permanent role and contributes significantly to the organisation’s continual improvement in providing excellent service to our members.
The Business Administration Manager role will have three (3) key focuses:
- Operations
- Payroll/HR
- Finance & Accounts Management
