About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Teamwear Account Manager to lead the growth of our Teamwear program in Southeast Queensland. Reporting to the National Teamwear Manager, you will be the face of our brand across the region - building strong, long-term relationships with sporting clubs and organisations, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional service at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across grassroots and elite sport
  • Achieve individual revenue and customer retention targets
  • Lead engaging product presentations tailored to client needs
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure their evolving needs are met
  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to drive loyalty
  • Coordinate design, production, and delivery timelines with internal teams
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and communications
  • Support market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the game

Your Toolkit

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a solution-focused mindset
  • Passion for sport and/or experience in the sporting apparel industry (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
  • A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel locally as needed
