A bit about us
Our story starts here: nsba.com.au
Northern Suburbs Basketball Association Inc (Norths Basketball) is a community-based not-for-profit sporting association with a North Shore history extending over forty years. With over 5,000 registered playing members and an award winning management team, the association aims to build a community renowned for its sportsmanship providing opportunities for everyone to participate in basketball.
Our team gives us their most precious possession every single day, their time. Our respect for that value exchange is what we count on to keep everyone inspired and happy. Everyone at NSBA is completely their own person, but we’ve noticed that all of our people do have one big thing in common – they all have an inner voice that keeps them focused on doing what’s right, always, for each other, our customers, collaborators and our community.

Who we are looking for
An ultra-organised go-getter who loves community sport and being the person that our community naturally goes to.
A person who genuinely enjoys detailed-oriented work and understands the importance of providing high-quality service to the Norths team and membership.
We believe this role is perfect for a recent sport management graduate or those looking to build a career in the sport industry. Experience with sport management software will be beneficial but not essential - you have to like using technology to get stuff done and like learning new things. We have a great team who will support you in your role if you own it.
Oh, and we’re big on energy here in the Cave so bring the positive vibes and let’s go.
*Basketball experience is good to have, but not required.
