Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, in-person) with professionalism and clarity
Coordinate swim school administration including bookings, payments, and schedule management
Manage front desk duties including reception, check-ins, and general support
Communicate effectively with staff, families, and swim coaches
Maintain accurate records and support backend systems and reporting
Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and organised centre atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative skills – both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Calm, mature, and solutions-focused under pressure
Previous experience in an aquatic, sporting, or education setting is highly desirable
Confidence with booking systems, email correspondence, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
