About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager of Tournament and Global Tour Relationships, the Legends Tour Coordinator is responsible for driving all matters relating to the Legends Tour, the Vocational and Tournament Members eligible to compete in Legends Tour events and the Senior Tournament Members. This role acts as the central liaison for the Legends Tour Committee and the Senior Members, as well as being responsible for the development and execution of an operational plan that will be primarily designed to grow, strengthen and consolidate the Legends Tour into the future.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Management of the Legends Tour Committee (LTC).
- Legends Tour Membership Services - management of annual review of membership and all enquiries.
- Manage and administer all aspects of Legends Tour events including event procurement, golf club liaison, sponsorship sales, scheduling, event management and delivery.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process for all Legends Tour activities.
Key Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual, with the ability to manage and deliver the Legends Tour with a focus on development of operational planning designed to grow, strengthen and consolidate the Legends Tour into the future.
- Relevant experience in the golf industry preferably in an operational or event related role.
- Relevant experience in a Logistical & operational in a sporting event environment.
- Experience using tournament software and Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
- Tertiary Qualification in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of golf operations, with an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements as they apply to site-based tournament
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Time management & multi-tasking skills
- Project management skills
