Paul Sadler Swimland is looking for Swim School Managers at two of our key locations, located in Altona & Braybrook.

Working in a fun & lively environment, as the Manager of one of our 7 day a week facilities, you will have the opportunity to let your vibrant personality and love of working with kids shine, whilst leading a team of passionate people to deliver the world's best swimming and survival lessons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching kids to swim and survive and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-centre experience for our amazing customers and a Great Place to Work for our Awesome team!
We are after people who ideally have experience working in the learn to swim industry or in leading businesses and teams in achieving key strategic outcomes.
You will be provided all the necessary training at our Head Office (located at Altona North) and as part of your training, the opportunity to build your experience across several of our locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an awesome customer experience
- Build and maintain a Great Place to Work
- Build effective relationships with the Swimland team
- Analyse reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results
- Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards
- Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members
Qualifications / Selection Criteria
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Swim Teacher experience ideal
- Passion for teaching kids to swim and survive
- 2+ years of management experience preferred
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with some experience in building successful teams and developing a high-performance culture.
