Detailed Description

Join a leading Olympic/Paralympic Sport - Equestrian Australia (EA) is one of Australia’s leading national sporting organisations with a history of Olympic and Paralympic success.

We are seeking an administrative expert to join and provide organisational and administrative support to the Sport Operations Team, including Officials, Coaches and Athlete Pathways. You will become our in-house expert for the multiple pathway programs we have in place and in development. Database administration, coordination of program logistics, responsive member communication and regular liaison with key stakeholders will be central to your success.

An ability to anticipate problems and respond well to resolve them is an advantage.

You will be detail minded, organised and willing to respond to all manner of questions relating to pathway opportunities from grassroots to the introduction to High Performance.
