Interested in joining a leading facility in the leisure and fitness industry? The City of Joondalup Leisure Centres’ recent review of operations has created an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Leisure Centres in delivering exceptional service. The successful applicant will have experience in managing or supervising a customer service team including developing and implementing staff training plans and have sound knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing customer service and communication strategies.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly qualified individual to join a dynamic and progressive team and make a valuable contribution to our fast-growing Leisure Centres. If you are an energetic and organised team player with proven leadership experience, this is the role for you.

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • At least three years’ experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a customer service environment
  • High level leadership, coaching, feedback and people management skills
  • High level interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to positively manage customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
