Welcome to the AFL SportsReady Job Board
The AFL SportsReady program was initially conceived by AFL legend, Kevin Sheedy & funded by the Australian Football League to provide listed football players an entry into the workforce, primarily in the sports industry. In essence, players were assisted to find jobs and most of their salaries and all employer costs (super etc) were subsidised by the AFL and Federal Government.

AFL SportsReady remain the legal employer of their trainees and apprentices while they are hosted out to employers in their desired field. AFL SportsReady manage all on costs related to employment and training.
