About The Spastic Centre
The Spastic Centre of New South Wales was founded on 30 January 1945, by a concerned group of 25 parents of children with cerebral palsy, under the leadership of Audrie and Neil McLeod.
It was the first organisation of its type in the world for people with cerebral palsy.
For over 60 years The Spastic Centre has provided services for children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities across New South Wales and the ACT, Australia.
How to help
There are many ways you can make a difference to children and adults with cerebral palsy. All they seek is the opportunity to do most of those things we enjoy every day - speech, movement, opportunities to learn, to improve their quality of life.
