As one of the few sports that can be played throughout a lifespan, hockey in Australia boasts players as young as five, through to veterans of 81 years of age. Across NSW, over 25,000 registered members participate in organised hockey competitions in 57 affiliated associations making Hockey NSW the largest hockey playing state or territory in Australia.

The Hockey NSW Job Board is used by Hockey NSW to advertise any official volunteer positions including team official roles with NSW teams and event volunteers. Additionally, the Hockey NSW Job Board provides hockey clubs and associations the opportunity to advertise community sport club, intern/traineeships and volunteer positions free of charge.

The combined result is a central database for the hockey community of NSW to be informed about hockey positions across the state and to easily advertise these positions to a wide audience.
