Pool Lifeguarding is a fun, flexible and dynamic job. It is also a point of entry for a career in the aquatics industry. The training undertaken ensures that every Lifeguard possesses the skills and knowledge to handle a wide variety of incidents that occur on a day to day basis at aquatic centres.

This course will equip candidates with the skills and knowledge to provide an advanced first aid response, including management of the incident and other first aiders until the arrival of medical or other assistance. The Advanced First Aid course is often referred to as a level 3 first aid qualification.
