Perth Bears are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Technology, Data and Innovation to build and lead the technology foundations of the Perth Bears from the ground up. This is a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of sport, technology and infrastructure.
The Head of People, Culture & Operations will establish, embed and lead the foundational people systems, processes and cultural frameworks that will underpin the Perth Bears. You will shape the employee experience from the ground up and drive the Perth Bears culture across all areas of the Club.
We are seeking an experienced Head of High Performance to design, deliver and lead the Perth Bears’ high-performance strategy. The role ensures elite athlete performance, availability and resourcefulness across training, competition, recovery and rehabilitation, directly contributing to sustained on-field success.
