Provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial team to ensure the seamless delivery of partnership rights, game day experiences, events, and commercial initiatives.
This role is solely responsible for delivering and executing all GIANTS Hospitality Functions across game days, and GIANTS Commercial Events and Conferences. The role involves planning, overseeing, and implementing hospitality and event initiatives to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
The IPDM is responsible for facilitating the holistic development of all First Nations players in the Club’s AFL and AFLW playing list. Support Indigenous players with their non-athletic and off-field endeavours and to facilitate the cultural, vocational, educational, health, and social and emotional wellbeing needs of all First Nations players.
