Play a critical role in supporting the Club's financial reporting, AFL compliance obligations and annual budgeting processes during a significant reporting and planning cycle.
The Chef will assist the Head of Catering in managing kitchen and café operations, supervising café staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the food and beverage served. You will show a passion for cooking and hospitality as well as strong leadership skills and an understanding of catering and café operations.
This role will support both growth in attendance at GIANTS home games, and growth & retention of GIANTS members, through various sales and engagement initiatives.
