The Referee and Match Review Officer is responsible for the recruitment, education, appointment, and retention of referees to ensure appropriate coverage across Eastern Suburbs FA competitions. The role also manages all match review, judiciary, and disciplinary administration, and oversees referee education logistics, equipment, and payments.
