The Junior Representative Director of Coaching leads in the coach and player development for either the boys or girls Junior Representative program for Diamond Valley Basketball Association. The JRDOC will work with another DOC and will act as the main point of contact for coaches regarding the on-court organisation of the Eagles program.
The Member Welfare & Conduct Officer is responsible for upholding the child safety and supporting the wellbeing of all members within the Diamond Valley Basketball Association (DVBA). This position oversees the implementation of child safety standards, management of incidents and complaints, and administration of tribunal and conduct processes.
