Lead a small but dynamic grounds team in the NSW Hunter Valley overseeing the preparation of thoroughbred racing (18 race meetings) and training tracks (100 horses), plus country gardens. With a $6million upgrade to our function centre completed in 2026, the MRC is a progressive club embarking on an exciting future.

We are seeking a highly motivated, appropriately qualified, and experienced individual to lead and work within a small team, providing specialised sports turf maintenance on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will be responsible for all aspects of sportsfield maintenance including turf installation, fertilisation, line marking, seasonal changeover, mowing, litter removal, and pesticide application. You may also assist with the upkeep of other recreational areas.
