THE OPPORTUNITY
Basketball NSW is looking for a highly organised, relationship-focused Program Coordinator to be the internal lead for Full Court Respect, our grant-funded program promoting gender equality, respectful behaviour, and safe, inclusive club environments across NSW basketball.
Working closely with a contracted Program Manager, you’ll be BNSW’s day-to-day point of contact for the program, keeping activity on time, within budget, and to a consistent standard across 16 participating associations and two delivery cohorts. Program content is delivered by the Program Manager and a panel of external specialists; your role is the coordination, relationship, and compliance support behind them.
If you’re a confident coordinator who can hold the detail of a multi-site program, work with a wide range of stakeholders without direct authority, and want to help make community sport safer and more equitable for women and girls, we want to hear from you.
