We're seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of the Club's brand, revenue-generating partnerships, and the fan experience — from the first social media post of the week through to the final siren on game day. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, loves footy culture, and knows how to turn engagement into revenue. You'll work closely with the leadership team, football department, and volunteers to deliver marketing campaigns that build the Club's profile, sponsorship partnerships that add real value for our partners, and events and matchdays that keep members and fans coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
• Develop and deliver the Club's annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar
• Manage the Club's brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels
• Oversee content, creative, and campaign execution for major Club initiatives
Partnerships & Sponsorship
• Manage and grow relationships with key sponsors and commercial partners
• Deliver on partner contracts, activations, and reporting to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities Membership
• Drive membership acquisition and retention campaigns
• Own the member communications calendar and member experience initiatives
Events & Game Day
• Plan and deliver matchday experience, including sponsor activations, entertainment, and fan engagement
• Coordinate Club events including sponsor functions, community events, and season launches
Social Media & Digital
• Manage the Club's social media presence and digital content strategy
• Grow engagement and following across all platforms
• Track and report on digital performance metrics
About You
• Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, or sponsorship management, Sports industry experience is highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing partner
relationships
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder across sponsors, members, media, and volunteers
• Hands-on content and social media skills
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns and events at once
• Available to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends as required during the season
• Genuine passion for football and community sport
• Must have a current working with children check, or willing to obtain one.
