Role, Responsibilities & Details
Role:
• Part-Time Employment or Sub-Contractor Position, with opportunity for employment in the future
- 15 - 25 hours/week
- $80,000 - $100,000 pro rata (inc. Super) – depending on experience and availability
Responsibilities:
• Coaching: ensure our sessions are coached with high energy, ruthless execution of
athlete’s program and all within a safety first environment
• Programming: bring a high level of knowledge and execution to managing our group and
individual programs, ensuring a high level product with quality attention to detail
• Also engage in consistent athlete management, performance testing sessions, and any
administrative tasks you’re assigned e.g. weekly reports
• Ability to manage other coaches/interns
You are:
• An excellent communicator, emotionally intelligent & empathetic
• Strong background in strength and conditioning and an interest in the
sport rehabilitation area are both required, with the willingness to
integrate with our performance and medical team
• Must have the motivation and personal drive to want to improve and
grow, which we will help facilitate with ongoing internal mentoring and
professional development sessions
• Available to start in in October 2026

• Saturday mornings
Experience Desired:
• Private practice: 3+ years (preferred)
• Sub-elite – elite sport: 3+ years
(preferred) Licence/Certification:
• Bachelor of Exercise Science (Essential)
• Associate ASCA Level 2 (Preferred)
• Drivers Licence (Preferred)
• Working With Children Check (Essential)
• CPR First Aid (Essential)
• Authorised to work in Australia (Essential)
