You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared outcomes. You are someone who is confident in challenging existing practices, sharing ideas and contributing constructively to continuous improvement in player care and performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, with the ability to build trusted relationships with players, coaches and key stakeholders, while remaining composed, adaptable and solutions-focused in a dynamic sporting environment.
