Gymnastics Australia is seeking a values-driven National Integrity Lead to join our National Integrity Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for an integrity, safeguarding, complaints, investigations, legal, governance or risk professional looking to make a meaningful impact in sport. Reporting to the General Manager Safeguarding, and working closely with our Head of Complaints and Investigations you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of complaints management and integrity screening across the sport.
About the role
As the National Integrity Lead, you will:
- Coordinate the intake, triage and administration of integrity and safeguarding complaints.
- Support the management of sensitive and complex integrity matters.
- Coordinate integrity screening activities across Gymnastics Australia.
- Maintain accurate case records and reporting.
- Provide advice and support to members and stakeholders on integrity policies and processes.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for prevention, education and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and respectful environments across gymnastics in Australia.
About you
You will bring:
- Experience in complaints handling, integrity, safeguarding, investigations, governance, law, risk, compliance or a related field.
- Strong judgement and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- An understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
- A commitment to safeguarding children and protecting the integrity of sport.

Location: Flexible (Melbourne preferred)
