ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Digital Producer (Community) is responsible for bringing the stories, impact and achievements of Richmond Football Club's community programs to life through engaging digital content. Working across Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI), the Bachar Houli Foundation (BHF) and the Club's VFL program, the role develops and delivers high-quality video and digital content, supports social media and website communications, and helps grow audience engagement across multiple platforms. Through creative storytelling, this role plays an important part in amplifying the reach and impact of the Club's community initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  1. Create and deliver high-quality video and digital content that brings the stories, impact and achievements of Richmond Football Club's community programs to life.
  2. Capture, edit and produce multimedia content across KGI, BHF and Richmond's VFL program.
  3. Support the development and execution of digital content strategies across social media, websites and other digital channels.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated content that enhances audience engagement and promotes community initiatives.
  5. Maintain digital content assets and production equipment while ensuring content reflects current industry best practice.
  6. Support reporting, audience growth initiatives, and content projects that strengthen the reach, impact and commercial value of community programs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Relevant qualification in Film, Media, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline, with experience in video production, digital content creation and social media management.
  2. Demonstrated ability to create, edit and deliver engaging digital content across multiple platforms, with knowledge of current content trends and best practices.
  3. Experience managing digital channels and content assets, including websites, social media platforms and multimedia resources.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  5. A creative, proactive and adaptable approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Passion for storytelling and audience engagement, with a commitment to supporting the impact and growth of Richmond Football Club's community programs.
