The Riverview Cricket Program is one of Australia's leading school cricket programs, competing in the AAGPS competition. Our program is committed to developing both cricketers and young men through exceptional coaching, strong relationships and a positive, high performance environment.
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable cricket coaches to join our coaching team for the 2026/27 cricket season.
We are currently recruiting for a range of coaching positions, including:
- Team coaches (Regis Campus and Senior School)
- Specialist coaches
- Assistant coaches
These positions provide an outstanding opportunity to work within a well-resourced and ambitious cricket program alongside experienced coaches, former professional cricketers and passionate educators.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging, challenging and enjoyable coaching sessions
- Support the development of students both on and off the field
- Foster a positive team culture and strong sporting values
- Attend training sessions and match day commitments
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and the Head of Cricket
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and player development
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and a capacity to develop a climate of trust and mutual respect with colleagues, students and parents
- Hold relevant qualifications, preferably Level 1 & 2 Cricket Coach Accreditation
- Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
