Description

  • Leadership Growth Opportunity
  • Casual, guaranteed base hours + more available for the right candidate (potential path to part-time/full-time leadership)
  • Pay: Negotiable, commensurate with experience

Description

  • Program growth means we're expanding our coaching team - recreational and competitive, Levels 1–6.
  • A genuine leadership pathway for a coach who wants to help build the gym's next phase and become an integral part of our club, not just fill a roster
  • Mentoring, funded professional development, and a family-friendly club culture on the beautiful Gold Coast

About the role

Gold Medal Gymnastics is growing, and we're looking for a coach who can move confidently between recreational and competitive programs across Levels 1-6 while we evolve. You'll work closely with our Head Coach and CEO, and join our leadership team with real input into how our programs develop as we grow.

This is a great fit for an intermediate-accredited coach (or equivalent) who's ready to step into more responsibility, someone who wants to own the role and grow into a leadership position as the club expands, not just pick up hours.

We're looking for someone who's in it for the long haul, committed to building a career with us and growing alongside the club, rather than a short-term or stopgap arrangement.

About Gold Medal Gymnastics

Gold Medal Gymnastics is a family-founded club on the Gold Coast entering an exciting growth phase. We're building a coaching team where good coaches are trusted with real ownership over their programs, supported by hands-on, invested owners rather than distant management. We've been operating for almost 5 years and built the club from the ground up, we are looking for a team member who treats the club like their own and is looking for a growth pathway to guide it to further greatness.

We recently won the Australian Women's Small Business Champion Award for Children's Services and the 2025 Gymnastics Queensland Inclusion Club of The Year. We are very proud of the family centric culture we have developed at the club and are looking for someone who embodies our values and standards to deliver exceptional coaching programs while developing the whole athlete.
