ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships with schools, families, community groups and local stakeholders to increase participation. We're looking for someone who can engage communities and deliver great programs, regardless of their cricket background.
Reporting to the Participation Growth Manager - Sixers Region, in this role you will:
- Build strong relationships with schools, community groups and local stakeholders within your designated region to identify and deliver opportunities that grow cricket participation
- Coordinate end to end delivery of Cricket NSW participation programs including Blast, School, Holiday and other cricket experiences
- Develop new program opportunities and lead the promotion and planning to ensure a high quality participant experience
- Lead a small casual workforce within your designated region to deliver cricket programs
ABOUT YOU
Cricket experience is not essential. We welcome applicants from community engagement, education, sport, recreation, events, local government and similar sectors, including those who have recently completed relevant qualifications.
