Sydney Boys High School, is an academically selective high school for boys, has a long and proud tradition of participation in the prestigious GPS competition.

We are seeking dedicated, qualified and driven coaching professional to take charge and champion these challenging and exciting missions. You should be able to demonstrate -

  • Distinguished record of coaching successful cricket teams
  • Strong leadership and motivational attributes
  • Proven ability to plan, develop and execute a tailored cricket program
  • An empathy with boys at an important time in their educational life
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

This coaching job for the 2nd XI is for three afternoons a week Monday and Thursday 3.00-5.00pm  and Wednesday 1.00-3.00pm. Saturday matches 9.00am-5.00pm and pre-season trainings and tour. The pay will be on an hourly rate depending on coaching level attained and experience. 

The director of talent and development job will be session planning and development for junior sides, coaching development days and assist the junior players during the season. Part of this job will be to go on cricket tours, develop future 1st XI players, attend preseason trainings, trial games and cricket camps.
