Are you passionate about swimming and love helping others build confidence in the water? Ready to turn your skills into something meaningful (and fun)?

MLC School is on the lookout for enthusiastic and qualified Learn to Swim Instructors to join our vibrant Aquatic Centre team on a casual basis!

Whether you’re guiding beginners through their first splash or helping experienced swimmers refine their technique, every lesson you deliver will make a difference.

As part of our Aquatic Centre team, you’ll:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality swimming lessons and water safety programs
  • Support squad sessions and promote skill progression
  • Help swimmers build confidence, resilience, and technique
  • Identify and maintain a safe environment for all pool users
  • Be part of a supportive, team-focused environment
