Are you an inspiring rowing coach with a passion for developing young athletes and cultivating a culture of excellence?

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Coach - Rowing to lead our well-established and highly regarded rowing program.  This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-performing team within a community known for its strong culture and deeply supportive parent network.

About the Role

As Lead Coach, you will:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive rowing program across all year levels
  • Lead, mentor, and manage casual coaches and rowing staff
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment
  • Prepare crews for local and regatta competition, including head races and championship events
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and our engaged and supportive parent community
  • Promote athlete development, wellbeing, and sportsmanship

About You

You are:

  • An experienced rowing coach with relevant qualifications and a proven track record of success
  • Passionate about developing young women both on and off the water
  • A strong leader and communicator who builds trust and team culture
  • Organised, adaptable, and committed to excellence
  • Accredited (or willing to obtain accreditation) with relevant coaching qualifications
  • First Aid and safeguarding compliant (or willing to obtain)
