We are hiring casual swim teachers for our small private children’s swim school in Rose Bay.

Our indoor pool is heated to 33°C.

We are looking for someone experienced with a positive, energetic personality, a strong work ethic, reliability, and someone who is great with kids. We’re specifically looking for people who can commit and become a consistent part of our team.

There are only 2-3 teachers in the pool at a time, with small classes of 2–3 children. We tailor lessons to each child’s individual needs to help them improve, build confidence, and enjoy learning to swim.

Applicants must have experience teaching children aged 2–8, from beginners through to stroke correction.

Minimum shift length is 3.5 hours.

Starting pay is $45/hour plus superannuation.
