Social, Outgoing, Sporty People Required !!

You will be in charge of the entire evening's proceedings, including being responsible for carrying a kit bag, starting and finishing the games on time, scoring and timing games, playing awesome music and providing a fun environment for members to enjoy their weeknight!

What you need to do:

• Carry a kit bag with balls, ice packs & first aid etc & report any replenishment needed 
• Play awesome music throughout all games!
• Umpire, and coach the games (some people are new and need rule guidance)
• Police and report any unfair, or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Greet teams, and be their main point of contact for the league
• Start and finish games on time
• Keep and record scores, including 'Fun Points' and Funnest Players of each team
• Let teams know about any upcoming Urban Rec events/parties
• Contribute to the general ‘energy’ of the evening
• Take sweet photos for our social media platforms

Our Requirements

• Have your own access and transport to venues
• To be able to carry a kit bag of equipment
• Be available for at least one 10 week season
• To have a good knowledge of Netball rules, (no formal referee experience needed)
• Be a passionate and energetic person, who enjoys meeting new people
• To be on time, every week, or give fair notice for UR to find a replacement
