Touch Football Australia are looking to engage a new Participation Coordinator - Victoria.

The role is responsible for attracting, delivering, transitioning, and retaining participants across school programs, community pathways, and affiliate networks, supporting TFA's "Grow Touch" strategic pillar and Victoria's participation growth targets.

Reporting to the Growth Manager - Victoria, this role coordinates school programs including Sporting Schools and school clinics, builds participation pathways from schools to community competitions, recruits and trains coaches and referees, supports affiliate development, and delivers programs targeting youth, female, multicultural, and All Abilities participants.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, program coordination capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with schools, affiliates, volunteers and community partners.
