The Role
The Parramatta Eels are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Club’s Marketing, Digital & Content team. Reporting to the Design Lead, this role is responsible for concepting and producing high quality, on brand creative across a range of Club functions, including graphic design, image editing and motion graphics.
You will play a key role in bringing the Club’s brand and visual identity to life, delivering engaging and impactful creative that supports fan engagement, grows our audience and drives commercial outcomes.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience working within a design team, either in house or agency, and be comfortable responding to briefs from a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

You will be personable, professional and self motivated, with a passion for rugby league and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the Club.
This is a full time position, with flexibility required to support game days, events and key campaign periods outside of standard working hours.
Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and deliver high quality design outputs across a range of digital and print mediums, including social media, paid advertising, signage, posters, flyers and merchandise
- Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and meet stakeholder objectives
- Support the Partnerships team and Senior Manager – Content & Digital Commercialisation in the development of sales collateral and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with the Design Lead, offshore Graphic Designer and broader Marketing, Digital & Content team to deliver creative across integrated marketing and social campaigns
- Present creative ideas clearly and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to deadlines in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure consistency across all creative outputs
- Stay up to date with design, content and social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
About You
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and After Effects
- Experience working in sport, entertainment, or a high performance environment will be highly regarded.
