About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Content & Digital Commercialisation, you’ll lead hands-on content production across the Club’s digital channels capturing, producing, editing, publishing, and optimising content that engages fans and supports business objectives.

What you’ll do

· Manage the content calendar and production schedule for consistent, high-performing output

· Publish across social, web and PARRA+ (ensuring accuracy, quality and policy alignment)

· Capture photo/video content (low-fi through to professional-grade)

· Edit to a high standard (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop; After Effects desirable)

· Monitor and optimise performance, producing insights and recommendations

· Collaborate with Football, Consumer and Partnerships to deliver member and fan strategies.

Key responsibilities

· Manage the production schedule and content calendar with the Senior Manager – Content & Digital Commercialisation

· Publish content across social, websites and PARRA+, ensuring quality, accuracy and policy alignment

· Support community management by monitoring channels and responding appropriately to fan engagement

· Monitor, analyse and optimise performance, providing reporting and recommendations

· Capture photo and video content using low-fi through to professional-grade equipment

· Edit photo and video content to a high standard (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop; After Effects desirable)

· Produce and direct shoots (planning, talent coordination, locations/equipment, delivery)

· Create engaging member-exclusive content for PARRA+ (including behind-the-scenes access)

· Contribute to a multi-channel content strategy aligned to the Club’s priorities

· Stay across industry trends in digital, content and social.

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely bring:

  • Qualification in Digital Media, Film Production, Photography (or similar)
  • 5+ years’ experience in content production / social media / content management (or similar)
  • Intermediate - advanced Photoshop skills (photo editing)
  • Intermediate - advanced video capture/editing (Premiere Pro; After Effects desirable)
  • Basic graphic design for social content (highly regarded)
  • Experience in sport/entertainment or high-performance environments (highly regarded)
