About The Role:? 

We’re looking for a Venue Operations Supervisor to help coordinate the daytoday operations of our premier event facility. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of the action, preparing spaces, supporting event logistics, and ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly from start to finish. 

You’ll oversee and carry out bumpins and bumpouts, work closely with clients and contractors, and lead staff during large events. If you enjoy practical, ontheground work and thrive in a fastpaced environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you. Help us deliver exceptional, wellprepared events every time. 

 
About You:?

Our venues host a huge variety of events, and you’ll get the satisfaction of watching them come together through your hard work and teamwork. 

To excel, you’ll need to: 

• Think on your feet and troubleshoot calmly when challenges arise
• Resolve issues confidently and professionally
• Stay levelheaded under pressure
• Enjoy handson operational work
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet business and event demands 

Essential Requirements:? 

• Provide First Aid & Current CPR?
• Working with Children Check
• Advanced Resuscitation
• Asthma & Anaphylaxis
