ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Casual Water Polo Coach, you’ll work alongside our coaching team to deliver engaging training sessions, support game-day preparation, and help create a positive and inclusive team environment. This role is ideal for someone with a love for the sport who enjoys mentoring players and building strong team culture.
ABOUT YOU
- Passion for water polo and athlete development
- Experience coaching water polo players of all ages and abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to engage and motivate players of varying ages and abilities
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Current Working With Children Check / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for before and after-school training sessions and occasional weekend games
- An understanding of and commitment to child protection and the ethos of an Anglican school
