Baseball NSW (BNSW) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and passionate coaches to join our winter Pathways programs and our U16 & U18 Australian Youth Championship (AYC) teams for 2027.

BNSW programs are designed to develop players’ individual skills, game awareness, and teamwork. Many of our past Pathways participants have progressed to professional, collegiate, and Australian Baseball League teams. Our AYC teams have a proud history of success at the national level, and this is your chance to contribute to the next generation of NSW representative players.

Coaching Positions Available:

Winter Pathways Programs

• Coaches across multiple age groups (U14, U16, U18)
• Focus on skill development, game awareness, and player growth

AYC Representative Teams (Melbourne, Jan 2027)

• Manager: U16 & U18 Teams
• Assistant Coach: U16 & U18 Teams
• Pitching Coach: U16 & U18 Teams
• Development Coach: U16 & U18 Teams
• Executive Officer: U16 & U18 Teams

All positions include:

• Delivering high-quality, structured training sessions
• Supporting player development aligned with BNSW pathways
• Collaborating with other coaches, staff, and BNSW leadership
• Opportunity to lead and mentor elite junior athletes
