RMIT Redbacks Soccer Club is seeking a passionate and committed Volunteer Coach to lead and support one of our men’s teams. We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for developing players and building a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and structured training sessions
• Support the development of players both on and off the field
• Provide leadership and guidance on match days
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and the club committee
