About Let’s Play

Let’s Play is a sports tech and community platform that helps clubs, schools, and organisers run competitions and programs with digital tools for scheduling, live scores, player management, and referee support. We’re replacing volunteers with trained staff to ensure safe, professional, and enjoyable competitions across Flag Football and multiple community/co-curricular sports. 

1) Casual Competition & Event Coordinators

What you’ll do:

• Run competitions from setup to pack down
• Manage fixtures, venues, schedules, and on-site logistics
• Communicate with referees, coaches, players, and school staff
• Use the Let’s Play platform for live results, standings, and communications
• Provide immediate first aid support during competitions

2) Casual Referees & Umpires (Across Codes)

What you’ll do:

• Officiate matches fairly and safely
• Use Let’s Play digital match sheets and reporting tools
• Apply rules and manage conflicts on the field

3) Casual Coaches & Trainers

What you’ll do:

• Lead training sessions in Flag Football or other sports
• Develop player skills and fitness
• Promote teamwork, inclusion, and positive culture

4) Sports Trainers & First Aid Casuals

What you’ll do:

• Provide first aid and injury management during competitions and training
• Strapping and basic sports treatments
• Monitor player wellbeing and communicate with coaches/event staff
