Ultimate Soccer Fairfield is looking for reliable, confident and energetic referees to officiate 5 & 7 A SIDE social competitions at our facility.

The Role:

• Refereeing social soccer matches
• Managing game flow, safety, and fair play
• Creating a fun, positive environment for players
• Applying rules confidently and consistently

Shifts:

• Weekday afternoons and evenings
• Some weekend availability preferred
• Flexible hours to suit study, work, or training schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge of football/soccer
• Strong communication and confidence
• Calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Refereeing experience preferred (training provided)
