Applications are currently invited for the casual positions of Gymnastics Coach to commence ASAP. The primary focus of the position is to lead and supervise students enrolled in the BGS+ Invicta program to ensure they develop the necessary gymnastic and parkour skills and abilities required of each piece of equipment within the BGS Invicta space. 

This is a great opportunity for passionate gymnastics coaches to join our team supporting the development of students through the planning and preparation of engaging lessons with an emphasis on skill development and safety. Experience in gymnastics, trampolining and/or parkour background is preferred.

The successful applicants will be required to coach on Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons from 3:00pm for 2 hours and other hours during the week adhoc and as necessary. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity, the successful applicant will require:

• Fundamental Gymnastic Coach Qualification from Gymnastics Australia (desirable).
• Experience coaching children aged 4-12 in gymnastics exercise (desirable).
• The ability to make sound judgements, coordinate activities and meet deadlines without supervision.
• The ability to work autonomously with high levels of motivation – yet also able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
• A current employee Working with Children Check.
