Intermediate Level WAG Coach
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Intermediate Level WAG Coach to deliver high-quality coaching for our intermediate competitive programs, supporting gymnast development in a positive, inclusive environment.

The Role:
Plan, deliver, and review sessions that develop technical skills and confidence.
Support other coaches and programs as needed to strengthen the overall club program.
Contribute positively to club culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
Maintain clear communication with gymnasts, families, and the coaching team.
Uphold safety standards and ensure sessions are run in accordance with Gymnastics Australia guidelines.
What You Bring:
Relevant Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation: National/International qualifications are preferred for senior roles.
Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience creating supportive and high-performing teams.
Cultural Excellence: A passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
Strong Organisational & Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example.

Essential Requirements
Advanced WAG Qualification or Intermediate Coach Qualification, currently Completing Advanced Course.
First Aid Certificate
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
