Our Swim Program supports athletes from Learn-to-Swim through to State and National levels, encouraging development pathways and nurturing talent in a safe, inclusive environment.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Swim Coach to join our squad program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate swim training programs.
  • Support swimmer progression across squad levels and development pathways.
  • Encourage a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment for all swimmers.
  • Assist with competitions, events, and squad engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff and Centre management to maintain high-quality program delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote swim programs within the community.
  • Maintain qualifications and engage in professional development to stay current with coaching practices.

  • Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience coaching competitive swimmers and knowledge of training principles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate about swimmer development and community sport.

If You Are:

  • Motivated, reliable, and professional.
  • Excited to make a real impact in a high-performance, community-focused environment.
  • Ready to inspire swimmers of all levels.
