Victoria University is seeking an experienced Basketball Coach to lead its representative women’s program across the Uni Nationals and University Basketball League competitions.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing student-athletes, planning and delivering weekly training sessions, and coaching at key tournaments and interstate fixtures. Working closely with the Team Manager and Sport Coordinator, you’ll foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture and deliver strong on-court outcomes.

Key requirements:

• Representative-level basketball coaching experience
• Strong tactical knowledge and athlete development skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Availability for Sunday evening training and competition travel
• WWCC, First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

University sport experience is desirable.
