Ringwood Swimming Club (RSC) is seeking a Lead Junior Coach to work closely with our Head Coach, to lead our Junior Stream program. RSC has a strong focus on nurturing our Development and Age swimmers, as well as building connections with our Masters, Active, and Open Water squads.
With top-tier facilities, a vibrant energetic Head Coach, and a supportive committee, this role is perfect for a coach passionate about aligning a philosophy for sustainable whole of person development. RSC is based out of Aquanation, Ringwood and operates, in conjunction with Maroondah Leisure, out of the following nearby located aquatic and gym facilities:
- Aquanation, Ringwood: 10 lane 50m indoor pool
- Aquahub, Croydon: 8 lane 25m indoor pool
- Croydon Memorial Pool (seasonal): 8 lane 50m outdoor pool
As Lead Junior Coach, you will work with the Head Coach to design a program that will further develop and guide the swimmers to achieve their goals. You will be directly responsible for the coaching of our junior squads (ages 8-12), with the assistance of our junior coaches, under the guidance of the Head Coach.
