About the role

Reporting to the Head of Membership Sales & Retention, this role will provide excellent customer service and a positive experience to all potential and existing members and supporters of the Hawthorn Football Club. Key duties can include:

  • Enter data into the membership database (Archtics) correctly and in-line with Hawthorn Football Club’s customer service standards
  • Inbound and outbound communication to members and fans via phone and email
  • Outbound sales calls to unrenewed members and prospects
  • Provide a high level of customer service and answer all enquiries in a friendly and accurate manner
  • Consider opportunities to maintain and enhance services provided to the Club’s membership base
  • Batch daily sales accurately and efficiently in line with the Club’s process
  • Match-day work at Hawthorn Home and Away games.

Ideal candidate

  • This is a great opportunity for an individual to start their career within the Membership and Consumer division of the Club.
  • Your passion for driving customer experience sets you apart and is supported by your excellent communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time.
  • You will have strong administrative practices using Microsoft Office Suite.
