PLC Sydney is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional committed to water safety and the development of life-long swimming skills. We are looking for an energetic, qualified Swim Teacher to join our highly-performing aquatic team and provide exceptional instruction to our students. 

The Role: 

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality, and safe swimming lessons. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will help foster student confidence in the water and refine stroke techniques across various skill levels. 

This is a casual position, requiring a minimum commitment of 10-20 hours per week across a Monday to Friday schedule. We provide regular training to help you sharpen your technical skills and advance your career in aquatics. 

To be successful in this role, you must hold the following certifications: 

  • Austswim Licence: Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (and/or Junior Competitive Strokes Accreditation). 
  • Safety: Current First Aid & CPR certificates. 
  • Compliance: A valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment. 

You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
