Gymnastics Australia’s Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision we are recruiting a National Learning and Development Lead.
This role is central to delivering the high-quality education, accreditation and professional development programs that clubs, coaches and judges across Australia rely on every day. The National Learning and Development Lead drives the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Gymnastics Australia’s professional development, accreditation and learning programs. This role ensures coaches and judges are supported, capable and inspired to deliver exceptional gymnastics experiences.
About You
- Experienced in learning design, education delivery or professional development.
- Highly organised, proactive and committed to getting the job done for our members.
- Skilled at working with volunteers, committees and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Energised by creating meaningful learning experiences that support community outcomes.
Location and Working Style
We have a strong preference for Melbourne-based candidates to support in-person collaboration at our national head office and to work closely with our fantastic team. Outstanding remote candidates will be considered, provided they can demonstrate the ability to:
